The PRIDE FORUM 2019 in Vienna will take place from Thursday, June 13th, to Sunday, June 16th!
Rainbow Rose activists & guests, please fill out the following form to apply for the PRIDE FORUM & EURO PRIDE 2019 in Vienna. Before submitting the form, please read the following guidelines:
- There is only a limited capacity for Rainbow Rose activists to attend the PRIDE FORUM & EURO PRIDE 2019. You’ll be informed as soon as possible if your application can be approved — gender balance of the event will be taken into consideration. Do not book any travel until your application to attend has been confirmed.
- There will be a participation fee of 50€ per attendee, just 25€ for students and unemployed. Accommodation, some food, and Pride gear is covered. There will be strict re-imbursement rules in place for those who are selected to join the delegation. The maximum amount that can be reimbursed for travel will be 200€. The accomodation is garantued from Thursday (June 13th) to Sunday (June 16th). The reimbursement will only be made following the PES reimbursement rules, which will be shared when your participation is confirmed.
