EURO PRIDE 2019, which will be celebrated in Austrias rainbow-capital Vienna in June, is not only marking the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots – it’s also taking place at a time in which the struggle for justice and equality is coming under more and more attack. As Progressives we want to use this opportunity to bring together LGBTIQ- and human rights activists from all over Europe and create a space of discussion and planning for our shared vision of a better world!

Rainbow Rose and the Austrian LGBTIQ-network SoHo are therefore organising the third international PRIDE FORUM in cooperation with the Party of European Socialists and SPÖ. Under the slogan BE THE CHANGE we want to discuss the current international situation and identify ways to ensure progress for the LGBTIQ-community and the hole European society.
The PRIDE FORUM aims to provide a platform for activists from the socialist family, as well as politicians and high-level experts to come together and discuss the current state of LGBTIQ rights in Europe. Sharing experiences and perspectives will be the main focus of this conference.
