Rainbow Rose member structures, please fill out the following form for your delegates to the General Assembly 2018 in Vienna. Before submitting the form, please read the following guidelines:

  • Each Rainbow Rose member structure is highly encouraged to send two gender-balanced delegates to the General Assembly.
    • Accommodation will be provided to all gender-balanced delegations.
  • There will be a limited amount of financial assistance in the form of a travel reimbursement for member structures that face significant financial hardship.
    • If this is the case for your member structure please make your request for assistance below. Include the following information:
    • Your member structure’s financial situation, including number of members, fees that they pay, current support from the party, requested support from the party, and other information you see as pertinent.
    • Estimated cost of travel to Vienna
    • All applications for travel reimbursement must be gender-balanced.
    • Your member structure’s fee must be paid to Rainbow Rose.
    • We will try to bring the entire delegation. But if demand exceeds funds, just one of your delegates may be supported. Gender balance will be the first criteria taken into consideration in deciding which delegate attends, and a random drawing may be necessary.
  • The extended deadline to register as your member structure is Oct. 3rd 2018.
  • For every delegate there will a participation fee of € 50, which has to be paid by Oct. 1st 2018. This will go to support the attendance of member structure in financial need. Delegates from member structures receiving travel reimbursement are exempt. All participants will receive payment details per E-mail upon signing up.
